HS-1300 เป็นสวิทเซอร์สตูดิโอแบบพกพาสตูดิโอ ซึ่ง HS-1300 ได้ใส่ตัวเอ็นคอเดอร์ H.264 ไว้สำหรับสตรีมมิ่ง และมีช่อง SD Card สำหรับใช้บันทึกไฟล์อีกด้วย
HS-1300 ได้ออกแบบมาให้มีน้ำหนักเบา ใช้พกพาสะดวก เหมาะอย่างยิ่งสำหรับงานต่างๆ เช่น การแสดงสดคอนเสิร์ต , งานสัมนา , การแข่งขันกีฬา และรายการสดโทรทัศน์
ในตัวสวิทเซอร์ยังมาพร้อมจอ LCD ขนาด 17.3 นิ้ว ซึ่งสามารถแสดงภาพแบบ Multi View ได้
